We are looking for someone (fem prefered) to rent our extra bedroom.
We are a drama- free, relaxed, hippie type couple in a quiet area across the street from a well maintained park and the public pool and tennis courts.
Dogs, cats and up to a couple of kids is ok... our last roomie rented the unused front room as well, leaving the room to her 2 kids... we could work nearly anything out... including possibly giving up the master (which has a separate entrance and ATTACHED bath)
We are only concerned about finding someone compatible with our family.... no PARTY ANIMALS... but no stuffed shirts either. We live a very peaceful existance and we can extend the offer of the same to you.
