We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our team in Indian Wells. This is a full-time opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule.

Position Details:

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Indian Wells, CA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:

Process and track incoming payments
Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
Follow up on outstanding invoices
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Support general accounting functions as needed

Qualifications:

Previous AR or accounting experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with basic accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
