Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Maintain and reconcile financial records accurately and efficiently.
Work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
Ensure timely processing of financial transactions and reports.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
QuickBooks Online experience is a MUST.
Strong accounting and math skills; able to manage financial data accurately.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Trustworthy and reliable with a clear background check.
Punctual and dependable in meeting deadlines and work hours.
Experience with Microsoft products, including SharePoint cloud storage (preferred).
Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
No payroll experience required.
