# 1.- do you check under of the mobile home for bugs like spiders rats sneaks or any others
better check bugs can go inside to the home
# 2.- do you check air conditioner ducts maybe someone its crack and the air leak and power bill its up
# 3.- do you check water leaks all water lines running under of the mobile home.
# 4.- do you check the jacks if they are rotten ?? for the water mobile home can lost the level
