Class held at the Demuth Community Center, 3601 E Mesquite Ave, Palm Springs, CA 92264
Easy to follow Tai Chi movements, which combine into the 24 Style Tai Chi form, performed to the flowing notes of soft Celtic music. A surprisingly good match, which promotes relaxation, enhanced immunity, and can help with back pain and a variety of chronic conditions. Based on the research of Dr. Pete Gryffin, who is the instructor for this class. See Metarobics.org or his book: "Tai Chi Therapy: The Science of Metarobics," for more information.
