Tonight we are putting up for sale another item from my Grandfathers estate and what we have here is a VERY OLD HAND PAINTED, SHELL LUBRICATION FIBRE GLASS SIGN ADVERTISING " LUBRICATION SERVICE "......

Because of the 1940's style of car used in this sign, I can imagine a shell station owner made, and used this fiberglass sign during the metal shortage of WW II.....

The sign measures 45 inches long x 19 inches wide, and is 3/8 inches thick and is in great shape with no breakes or repairs, but it is not perfect as I do see a few wrinkles and some slight yellowing of the fibre glass from age.....

To save on shipping the new owner is welcome to pick up this Shell Sign at my home in Hemet, Calif...OR...will pay priority shipping of $40.85 anywhere in the lower 48 states with overseas shipping to be determined by location....
