VINTAGE STARDUST HOTEL AND CASINO - LAS VEGAS NEVADA MEMORABILIA

1970’s LAS VEGAS HOTEL MEMORABILIA
(Please scroll down for detailed condition notes below)

VERY REASONABLE PRICE

Offered for your are these three vintage Las Vegas casino items - I believe from the 1970s.  They are from the old - and now gone - Stardust Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Stardust opened in 1958 and operated until it closed in 2006. It was demolished the following year. It was one of the classic old Las Vegas Hotels and with its “galactic”-themed sign, was a Las Vegas landmark.

The three Stardust Hotel and Casino items are: a vintage unopened Stardust soap bar, a vintage Stardust pen and a vintage Stardust slot club member key chain.

The vintage hotel soap bar measures approximately 3 inches long by 2 1/2 inches wide. These little soap bars were commonly what the hotels provided to their guests in the bathrooms- barely enough to wash your hands with. This old Stardust Hotel and Casino soap bar is unopened and in excellent condition. I suspect that there aren’t too many of these around.

The Stardust slot club member keychain was given to slot club members.  It measures approximately 3 1/2 inches tall by 1 3/4 inches wide. Imprinted with the Stardust galactic sign logo on both sides - one side reading “Where you go... I go” followed by the hotel telephone number and the other side reading “I’m with YOU!”; The key chain is in excellent condition.

The vintage Stardust Hotel and Casino pen was of the sort one fund in Las Vegas Hotel rooms in the 1970’s. The pen is in very good condition with some minor wear. The ink appears to have dried up but can probably be replaced if someone has a mind to do so.

These are three terrific items whether you worked at the Stardust, collect Las Vegas memorabilia, casino memorabilia, hotel and motel memorabilia or vintage soap bars, key chains and hotel pens (hey - I know you’re out there!)
I estimate that the items are from the 1970s based on other items which came from the same collection.
