VERY REASONABLE PRICE
Offered for your consideration is this rare find - a Wheel of Fortune alarm clock - brand new in its original box. I was told that this was a gift given to cast and crew members of the TV game show some years back. I do not know its age. An Internet search shows no others of these currently for sale anywhere online.
This metallic silver-grey clock measures approx 4 1/2 inches wide by 2 inches high when its two front ‘doors’ are closed. The front of the left-hand side door has the “Wheel of Fortune” name and logo. The two ‘doors’ open to reveal a double-faced clock, the face of which measures approx 3 1/2 inches wide. The inside of each of the two ‘doors’ is a small picture frame so that photographers may be inserted on either side of the clock face. Due to its convenient size, I am guessing this was meant to be a travel alarm clock into which you could place small photos of loved ones to take along on your journeys as well.
The clock comes in its original metal box which is inside the original cardboard box that it came in. Attached to the outside of the cardboard box are taped two batteries. Due to the fact that I do not know the age of the clock, I do not know if the batteries will still function. And because I did not want to removed the batteries from the outside of the box, I cannot guarantee that the clock will still work. I am assuming it will since it was never used - but I cannot guaranty this.
The face of the clock is still covered by the original plastic sheet coating. Because it was obviously never used - the clock is in excellent condition as far as its appearance. All photos are of the actual clock for sale. This would make a wonderful addition to the collection of a Wheel of Fortune fan, game show memorabilia collector, a collector of unique clocks, etc.
