Distinctive and rare cream color ring ware cereal or ice cream bowls marked USA on the bottom. Ring ware style in the vein of Bauer or Fiesta but not marked with the name.
Has a with slight shine.
This Ivory color was also called “Wedding White”
Half the set of 6 is in pristine condition
One bowl has surface level crazing (see photo).
The remaining have varying chips, dark discoloration on bottom or in one case minuscule surface knick at lip.
See photos for details.
These flaws are surface and don’t affect the bowl’s overall appearance or use. Especially if you are displaying them as a set.
Note: There is a single bowl in this size, an exact replica of these, for sale for $35 and shipping for sale on Etsy.
This color is rare and considered valuable.
I sourced them in the Midwest but they are identified as California Pottery.
About 50% of mid-century California pottery including Bauer is unmarked.
Please share any information you might have about these.
