need someone with a laptop with Microsoft Office loaded for a presentation. Please have a corporate appearance. Please dress in a corporate manner when on site. The laptop will run a PowerPoint presentation for roughly 60 minutes. Also required is an extension cord, an HDMI cable, and a power strip (3 in 1 is fine).
This event is Thursday, December 4th and arrival time is 5:30 pm. Punctuality is very important. This will occur in a nice restaurant, please dress appropriately. Your total time on site will be around 2-3 hours. After you have met the speaker of the presentation, and gotten them ready, you are free to leave. The speech should be around 60 minutes.
Laptop must have ability to access internet, a charger, and I will send a PowerPoint program to download for the presentation. The presentation must be downloaded before the presentation.
If you have an PowerPoint wireless advancer, that is GREAT!

The rate for the event is $150.00. If you have an advancer (and all other items) the rate is $165.00, payable directly after the presentation.
