Kids are away at college.
Two Amazing Dogs.
Aussie male and his son who is an Aussiedoodle.
Ranch: 5 gated acres, full gym, pond, hiking, biking, peaceful, safe, private. Beautiful weather and location!
Work exchange: Room value is approximately $1,000 per month plus utilities, so a fair exchange of domestic work :)
Ideally someone who is really into keeping the place clean and presentable :) and helping me out with my life basically.
