The resort is a gated Senior Community with 460 units. The resort features 2 main clubhouses, 3 satellite clubhouses, 6 pools, 1 indoor Olympic size lap pool with spa and sauna, sunken and lit tennis courts, pickle ball courts, library with free Wi-Fi and broadband connectivity, indoor shuffleboard pavilion, 1600 sq. ft. ballroom/meeting area, fully equipped fitness center, laundry machine facility, card and hobby rooms, wood shop, putting green and picnic areas. If a pet is removed from the lot, it must be carried or transported.
