Very good condition piece that spent most of its life on the desk in a professor's office at the University of Chicago. The ones I've seen in as good condition tend to sell for $1200-$1600. Height is adjustable. Some people refer to these as UFO lamps but I always saw it more like the Starship Enterprise.

Pattern in the fiberglass diffuser casts a great pattern on wall or ceiling. Great mood lighting.
