I've got 5 used Leland Parfait II side chairs. Bent plywood seat/back, and platinum finished welded steel frame. These are commercial office stacking chairs and are rock solid (500lb seating capacity) and heavy. These are made in the USA and currently retail for over $700/chair.
The wood is painted a magenta-ish color, and the steel frames are powder-coated silver metal.
The primary minor cosmetic flaw on all of the chairs is on the seat back. As you can see from the pix, the wooden seat backs are bent/curved forward when you sit with your back against the wood back. When the chairs are pushed toward a table, (if pushed into the edge of the table) the left/right front outer-edge of the wood seat back comes in contact with the edge of a table, so those 2 places, on most of the chairs, are indented. There may be some minor finish damage as well, and I've attempted to capture this in the photos.
4- used, some signs of wear, but very presentable ($65 each)
1- very used, missing decorative parts ($55)
The wood seats/backs are bolted on, so if you are so inclined, you could disassemble and refinish the wood to something different. I believe the wood is maple veneered, so it can be either painted or stained to the finish of your choice. The current finish is semi-opaque, so you can see the wood grain (but just barely.)
Chairs are sold individually, so you are welcome to as many as you need.
