Foster Grant aka Just The Basics is a 2015 bay gelding by Absolute Asset (Zippos and Good Bar, Good Asset) and out of Pearl of a Rose (Invitation Only). At a stocky 17hh, Foster is your guy! Let your 9 year old girl ride for the day or take him out to push cows, he’s easy and willing. Although he’s bred for western pleasure, I’ve mainly used him for all-around shows, cow cutting events, and the occasional trail ride. I’m not giving him the time he needs and I’d like him to go to a communicative home where I know he’s being ridden/showing. He’s a sweet, silly guy, and he needs more than me.
Foster and I are currently located in Blythe, CA (92225, Ca/Az border!) but I can get him to Phoenix OR Palm Springs area no problem if lease is agreed upon.
This is my first horse lease so please message me so that I can privately discuss with you what a good rate for him would be. He is worth every penny.
