Shifts Available:
• Day and Night Shifts: 8 to 12 hours
• Earn overtime for any hours worked beyond 8 in a 24-hour workday.
Pay and Bonuses:
• Competitive pay: $20–$23/hour
• $250 sign-on bonus after the first 20 shifts with a client
• $250 Referral bonus for recommending new team members who complete at least 20 shifts with a client
• On-call bonuses
Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our caregiving team, you will:
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare nutritious meals
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Run errands as needed
Requirements:
To join our team, you must meet the following criteria:
• Professional caregiving experience
• Pass FBI/DOJ background check and obtain TB clearance
• Be registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry or be willing to register
• Hold a valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration, and proof of insurance
• Provide professional caregiving references
