REASON for selling. We are visiting relatives this Christmas and will be moving to a smaller house this coming year. Prelit Christmas tree... between 7' & 8'. Comes in three pieces.... when you place the second tier on top of the bottom...the lights automatically come one. NO connections to mess with. Same with the top piece. Comes with a foot on-off switch... and a dimmer switch that gives you three different settings. A couple of the lower branch tips have snapped ... but we easily secured them with green gardening wire which is invisible once the decorations are on. Christmas decorations not included.
