My work combines a variety of modalities and techniques to create an optimal situation for the body to let go and settle into deep relaxation. Working with both subtle and deep touch the aim is to bring harmony and balance to the body/mind and soul.
Focused intention, deep listening and sensitivity are the guides; with an emphasis on quality of touch; designing each session to give the client exactly what is needed in the moment. Quality of touch is the key.
Quality of touch involves sensitivity and deep listening as well as applying all techniques skillfully and intentionally to address physical and emotional needs of the client.
Quality of touch is the ability to attune, to adjust, to allow and maintain a compassionate presence.

Treatments Offered and Rates:
1. Full Body Massage - A comprehensive treatment involving long strokes, subtle to deep bodywork, stretching, movement, Cranial Sacral therapy, and energy work; natural, unscented oil is used.
- 90 minutes: 140$
- 60 minutes: 110$
2. Energy Work Session - A subtle and gentle treatment combining
Cranial Sacral therapy, Chakra balancing and clearing, with gentle stretching and movement.
