Position Summary
We are looking for experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians, and Groundskeepers.
Handle routine maintenance repairs.
Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by completing turnover and make-ready tasks efficiently.
Address resident maintenance requests promptly, coordinate with onsite teams and the community manager to prioritize service needs.
Qualifications & Safety
• Experience 1-2 years in apartment, building or hospitality maintenance.
• Complete work orders effectively. If hired for Grounds must be able to keep the apartment community clean and provide landscaping, may need to assist maintenance department if needed.
• Operate small hand held power tools safely.
• Maintenance to repair electrical circuits, switches, fixing or repairing- toilets, sinks, minor carpentry caulking of doors, windows, counters.
• Servicing or installing light fixtures, blinds and appliances. (Washers and dryers, stoves, refrigerators)
• Own basic tools such as screwdriver, hammer, wrench, or drill. (Basic tools only) Maintenance Tech only if grounds no tools needed.
• Dress code must own steel toe work shoes.
• ***Drug testing and background testing must pass ***
• Valid driver’s license or state ID and reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification a plus for maintenance tech only but not required.
