We’re a rapidly expanding short-term rental management company looking for a reliable, hands-on teammate in Coavhella Valley to be our local point person. You’ll help with onboarding new homes, property inspections, minor fixes, and owner coordination — making sure every home is guest-ready and up to our standards.
What you’ll do:
Visit homes for inspections and readiness checks
Handle small fixes and troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, locks, light maintenance, etc.)
Meet owners, vendors, and photographers on-site
Ensure homes are fully set up and photo-ready
Assist with new property onboarding and field logistics
What we’re looking for:
Handy and resourceful — comfortable tackling basic repairs
Professional, reliable, and organized
Strong communication and follow-through
Comfortable driving between properties across Coachella Valley
