The position: Spa & Pool technician/ home maintenance & repair person.
Our client base is predominantly Airbnb property owners & management companies. We provide services to Joshua Tree and surrounding areas such as; Twentynine Palms, Yucca Valley and Landers.
Applicants should be familiar with cleaning & maintenance of spas and pools, and have at the least, a basic understanding of associated equipment. CPO qualification would be advantageous, however is not essential.
A good base knowledge across multiple trades is also necessary for a variety of home maintenance and repair work requests.
The successful applicant can expect to fulfill the following requirements:
- Has a reliable and suitable vehicle.
- Has the appropriate tools for the position advertised.
- Is flexible with work hours & available weekdays and/or weekends.
- Is self motivated, takes pride in their work, and thrives on setting high standards for themselves.
- Is able to complete work tasks in a timely fashion and can work to deadlines.
- Is solution focused, and mechanically minded.
- Is a good communicator.
- Can work unsupervised or within a team when required.
- Resides within the area.
