I have 40 acres in Sunfair with a single campsite on it that I rent out through Hipcamp.
Before renters come, I need to make sure the property is ready for them.
These are generally a.m. visits around your schedule (just need job completed before they check in at noon).
$45 per visit paid same day via Venmo. Visits are 45 minutes long.
Pictures sent to me of the site. If not much is needed on site that day, I ask you help me by tidying the fire ring, picking up any trash around the 40 acres, just generally keeping up the property and being a steward of this beautiful land.
4 wheel drive is recommended as we are off a dirt road about 20 minutes from the 29 palms park entrance but technically in JT.
