The footprint of the two story structure is 10’x12’ and it is approximately 14’ high

Located in San Bernardino in 29 palms near Copper Mountain College. Access is good to get a truck in.
I'm only selling because the county is making me get rid of it.
My asking price is probably about a third of what it would probably cost just to do the electrical work it has done in it. It has its own electrical sub panel and is wired throughout.
