I have this amp dialed in for AC/DC but it can do anything from blues to thrash. 2021 was the first year this model was produced by Wizard. I got it about 5 years ago and I've kept it in my home studio. It is in good condition cosmetically. The tolex inside one of the side handles is a little loose, but can be glued and isn't visible. Amp functions perfectly and sounds amazing at quiet and loud volumes thanks to the master volume knob.
From the Wizard website:
The tonal signature of the WIZARD W800 is reminiscent of the vintage eighties British tube amps of the "Hair Band" era.
Twin Input, single channel with a simple post tone Master volume.
Hi Input for maximum gain and Lo Input for clean and vintage 60's work.
Foot-Switchable Boost for added gain option
2 position Shift control for vintage US or UK tone shaping
Contour control for global top end control.
This amp is very pedal friendly and a great base for overdrive and distortion pedals.
The added Effect Loop is Foot-Switchable and ideal for modulation effects and pedals.
Volume, Master Volume, Treble, Middle, Bass, Presence, and Contour controls.
