Other than missing the top plastic lid, legs and foot pedal (costs about $800 for all 3 on VintageVibe.com) the preamp right EQ knob doesn't seem to be working, although the volume and frequency knob on the left does. One of the lid compartment latches is missing a piece too, so it doesn't latch properly, but not really necessary.
