Rehoming 9 month old flame point

His name is Cheeto. He is about 8-9 months but he is a big boy. He loves cuddles, he is very vocal when he wants to get petted. He just loves affection. He is great with dogs and other cats. I adopted him from a shelter at 4.5 months but my older cat does not get along with him. Cheeto is neutered, up to date with his shots and microchipped (I will transfer). I’m asking for a very small rehoming fee because I want to know he goes to a responsible and loving home.
