Local commercial property group is seeking an experienced 1099 licensed commercial real estate agent to help build a portfolio of leasing and new business development throughout the Coachella Valley and nearby Southern California markets, Ideal candidates understand the market, can self manage, wants to be part of a team, appreciates professional support structure behind them for contracts, negotiations, and day to day organization of opportunities.
You won’t get bogged down with paperwork and you’ll have support. You find the opportunity, we will help you close it, you enjoy an excellent split, go have fun, repeat.
What We’re Looking For:
• Commercial leasing and or sales experience
• Preferred knowledge of Coachella Valley submarkets and business community
• Ability to self manage and build strong business relationships
• Professional communication and follow through
• Independent contractor mindset but a team player
• A California sales license required, a broker’s license a plus but not required
