Household would be only three people and two very friendly large dogs. Because I already have dogs I cannot accept any more pets, i'm sorry.
All utilities split by 1/3. Room can come furnished with a Queen-size bed, desk, dresser and lamp or unfurnished.
I'm seeking a quiet, respectful roommate who has full time job, who works outside the home, and doesn't mind keeping the common areas clean.
