About the Room:
The room is for one individual only.
Includes a microwave and a small refrigerator.
You’ll need to share a bathroom with one other person.
Rent is $850 per month, $300.00 refundable deposit (refunded if the room is left clean and undamaged).
Utilities (electricity, water, trash, Wi-Fi) are included, but cable is not.
Ideal Tenant:
Single and employed (must provide proof of income and valid ID).
Responsible, pays rent on time, and keeps shared spaces clean.
Non-smoker, no drugs, no overnight guests, and no pets.
Terms:
Month-to-month rental with a 90-day probationary period.
A rental application, first month’s rent, and deposit are required.
We may consider a retired individual.
About Us:
We are a household of three—me, my spouse, and one other roommate. I work from home, and my husband works in construction. Our age group is 40–60.
