Two rooms for rent, backyard for rent as well for camping. 7 minutes away from polo grounds! Available for weekend 1,2 and stage coach. April 10-12, 17-19, 24-26. If looking to arrive thursday night instead of friday morning and leave monday rather than sunday we can work something out.
- Room 1 $650 a night fits 2 people (Queen size matress) ,
- Room 2 $650a night fits 2 (twin matress, will have an extra inflatable matress provided as well).
- Backyard available if interested in camping it, $600 a night (max 6 people.)
$175 non refundable deposit required to reserve and the rest will be due when you arrive before entering. $200 cleaning fee. DM me or text show contact info for more details or if interested.
If you want to arrive thursday and leave monday we can work something out but will be an extra charge for the extra days at a way lower price than the nightly rate.
Both rooms and backyard will have access to charcoal grill, pellet smoker, blackstone griddle, into kitchen and two restrooms in the house one upstairs one down stairs, we have an extra refrigerator that you will have full access to solely for yourselves. Pool will be available but you will have to pay an additional $150 to heat up the jaccuzzi or $250 to heat up the pool (per night due to gas cost for heating it.) wifi also included
