Very clean furnished room for rent, with your own bath down the hall, and flat screen TV. Separate entrance. No pets, because I have dogs. Will share use of some common areas including kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area and living room. We have a community pool and jacuzzi. $1200 per month, includes all utilities and pool, and jacuzzi. Includes the HOA fees, quick access to CV link bike and walking path. The home is centrally located and near the Indian Wells side of PD near the high school. 2 miles to tennis gardens, 5 miles to Acrisure arena, and 2 miles to McCallum theatre.
Must have good rental history, pass a background check, and adequate, provable income (3 x the rent) to rent. Prefer 6 month lease. Deposit is $600. Total move-in $1800.
