- Must be comfortable with older, calm & friendly dog.
- Must be comfortable with sharing with other female housemates.
- There is a small child who goes to school during the daytime so must be okay and comfortable with this.
Rules:
- Female guests are allowed however must be approved by landlord prior.
- No other pets in home besides maybe tank or fish tank pets.
- Noise curfew past 10pm.
