Clean Title and plates.

Hello, we are thinking about selling our Airstream which we have had as a very successful vacation rental in Joshua tree for a while but we would now rather build a cabin on the site. The internal black water tank has been removed so that it can plug straight into a septic or external tank, we tried using the original tank for far too long but it just wasn’t worth dealing with as it was too small and too easy to clog up/hard to empty so we had it professionally set up for external use by Williams sellers plumbing. There is a two years old very powerful mini split AC/Heater and lots of other upgrades. It is a great set up as a guest house/tiny house that stays in one place so if you would like an airstream to take on the road then this is not a good choice as we have done too many modifications to optimize it to stay in one place connected to utilities from nearby. It currently needs to be plugged into an external electric outlet to run.

Things to note:
-You can find the vacation rental page if you google"this must be the place Joshua tree airstream".

-It wouldn't be available to be removed until early April. We are not taking bids or deposits, first person to pay for it gets to drive away with it. Happy to use an escrow service for payment if you pay fees.

- Just the airstream is for sale, not the hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor bbq/kitchen/shade area, fire pit, or other externals as we will use all those for the new cabin once built. There is a really good point of contact water heater that brings in hot water that we would be willing to sell with it but that is not necessary and you can run hot water directly from a house to it or buy a different tanked or tankless point of contact water heater or use a tank water heater. We are happy to include the 350 gallon septic tank and all those connections but it has to be dug out of the ground and it is in about 3 feet deep.

- This is not an ADU and we do not know what it would take to turn it into one. We do not know what it would take to get this permitted to live as normal dwelling and we would rather build a cabin then figure that out so we are the wrong people to ask about how to deal with the city to get it permitted as a guest house or rental and we in no way want someone to buy this thinking they can do something with it they can’t so please do your homework before offering to buy.

-Serious buyers only/price is firm. The price is what it is because that is how much we spent on it and getting it to where it is now, we hired other people to do the work, we did not do the work ourselves. Yes, we know that If you are super handy and have the time you are better off buying a non converted airstream and doing all the work yourself. We are not hustlers or sales people so please don’t call wanting to be convinced of why you should buy it, it is a great investment for the right people but not useful at all for most people and we are just looking to get back what we put into this, this is not a flip or a project we took on lightly, we put a lot of passion, time, money and energy into it and we do really love this airstream and want it to go to a good home and we are in no rush to sell and are fine just moving it to our own home to use as a guesthouse if no one is willing to buy it at this price. We do have receipts for most of the work and upgrades as well. and the original airstream manual and lots of other original documentation. Also lots of manuals for all the new stuff.

-We are not airbnb ambassadors or consultants and if you would like info on how to run an airstream airbnb there are lots of good resources on facebook and youtube.

-Transportation and installation at your site would be up to you , we would of course help with explaining all the details of how it works in advance. The current connections are a standard electrical plug (I believe it is 220), 4” standard plumbing pipe out of toilet another out of greywater tank, and another for the vent and cleanup. The incoming water is copper, the incoming gas is standard propane flex line. the oven and four range burners work great.
