WANTED: Room with on-premise RV parking spot (Temecula)

We would like to experience RV life in a convenient residential setting.
Looking for a landlord who can provide an RV parking space on premise and a small private room (whatever private room works for us, room in accessory structure is also acceptable).
Although we have not bought the RV, we expect it to be below 40ft, and use a small amount of electricity and water. A regular outlet and garden faucet is enough. We will use the RV's kitchen and bathroom.
