Interested in a master bedroom with it's own restroom, a private casita, or a small cabin/house within 30 minutes of Palm Springs. We have a max budget of around 1200 with all utilities included for a private space. If it's a room, we would require full use of the kitchen and reduced rent.

My partner and I have been together 8 years. We both work full time in Palm Springs and are looking to cut our commute down from 1 hr to something more reasonable. We have good rental history and have been at our previous two leases for 3 years each before moving on. No kids, but we do have 1 small pug mix. We are non smokers, attend graduate school, travel, and volunteer regularly so we won't be home all the time if this is a shared space. We also have regular care for our dog so he isn't left home alone on days when we are out.
If you need someone to take care of your home or animals in exchange for reduced rent, I am a former housekeeper and property manager. In addition, my partner raised livestock for a decade and we are both professional pet sitters on Rover on the side(we only do drop in visits/walks, so we would never bring client's dogs into your home). We both hold degrees in agricultural science and he is certified in permaculture and floral design so we could really help keep your home beautiful.
