A local Cannabis Company is looking for a Lead Sales Consultant
The Lead Sales Consultant will be a motivated, results-driven individual responsible for helping lead our retail sales activities. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way, cross-sell and up-sell the store product offering, while still staying true to who we are as a company. They will be responsible for training, opening or closing duties, and leading an experienced team of Sales Consultants. The Lead should have a competitive nature and capable of teaching sales strategies to a team.
Strong sales skills with demonstrated experience in leading others to be successful
Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
Ability to maintaining a professional appearance and provide a positive company image
Computer skills and knowledge of inventory control systems
Critical thinking skills and ability to make sound decisions
Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
Well-organized and self-directed, working with minimal or no supervision at times
A minimum of 4 years of retail experience, with 2 years at a supervisory or management level
Demonstrated understanding of the cannabis marketplace
Proven experience retail sales tactics and customer service
Must exhibit a positive, professional and confident demeanor
