This Thule hitch rack secures 2 bikes of up to 65 lbs. each with no frame contact and tilts for trunk access. It's simple to install and remove without tools and has wheels so it's easy to move. It securely locks to the car hitch, and is perfect for 2 e-bikes as it accommodates fat tires. The bikes can be securely locked to the rack when being transported. The rack folds down for easy storage, and tilts away from the car / truck if you need to open the back. The rack has never been used (we changed cars right after be bought it) and costs over $700 new. Accommodates a 1 1/2 inch hitch, but if your vehicle has a 2 inch hitch, a converter sleeve is easily available for a very reasonable price from any auto store / Amazon / sports retailer. Full instruction manuals, keys, etc. included. Pick up only, and we are located at the top of La Quinta Cove.
