Full bathroom - which is also the laundry room and guest bathroom (so mostly private)
There is plenty of bathroom storage.
Some storage in the garage - for a bike or small boxes.
* includes gas, very basic cable and Amazon Prime, Internet, washer, and dryer! (you provide your own detergent and toiletries, etc.)
** we split the electric bill (about $75 each- summer might be more but I’m conservative)
MID CENTURY HOUSE
The house has porcelain cement/concrete looking floors throughout. Lots of windows all looking to gardens or the pool area. Gets lots of natural light.
Remodeled cool gray and white kitchen fully stocked. Good size bathroom with plenty of storage.(towels are available upon request.)

Starbucks, Civic Center park, McCallum Theater and Trader Joe’s.
I am a MORNING PERSON and get up anywhere from 4:30 AM to 6 AM. I'm usually asleep by 10 PM or earlier.
I am looking for a NON SMOKER, Clean, quiet, professional, and the house CANNOT be your place of work ...
Room is for one person only. No overnight guests (but friends are totally welcome over!) not a party house, but I do like my wine :) A chill and peaceful environment :-)
TV is in the living room which is an open floor plan and eat in area. Basic cable.
Looking for a temporary Housemate. Perfect for someone relocating or internship. 2 to 6 months. (possibly longer.)

* I redid the area around the pool, plants are just now blooming! And hopefully more Patio Furniture and plants will be coming soon. Hillary took a big toll on the landscaping, the side of the house so adjustments are slowly being made. Extreme heat is also doing a number on the succulents
BUT it’s still pretty :)
