This is the total package and is almost brand new. This is a great welding machine although the tig function doesn't use a foot pedal. I have not used the tig function but believe that is awkward without a foot pedal. Also haven't used the stick function since mig is the preferred welding process for my projects. It will weld up to 1/4" plate without preheat.
