Its in great shape, all mechanical and electrical is in great working order. Just had the 2 a/c units service and just replace the bathroom extractor fan with a new 5 speed fan with tinted window to prevent from sun light bringing to much heat so that bathroom stays cooler during the summer time.
I just had the sofa bed done with brand new upholstery and also bought brand new theater couches that recline. Everything is in great working order and the roof and exterior of trailer is in very good shape.
At the moment I have removed the mattress so that who ever buys the trailer can install a mattress that is prefer.
I will provide with interior and exterior pictures so that you can see the condition of the trailer.
I will only sell it to cash buyers. I am not interested in any trades cash only.
