This is a partially restored trailer needs a lot of work still .floor has ben replaced and okf iky furnace removed stove/oven removed . Kitchen and bathroom sinks good need plumbing underneath replaced elec mostly removed. Back bedroom and walk thru bathroom cool design and full bathtub . Could be made livable or use for storage 35ft long I pulled it with a big 4x4 flatbed truck. Frame it sits on is good if someone wanted to make a flatbed 35ft trailer asking 400asis call or text or email
