I've lived part time in this trailer for months at a time and it helped me heal from Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and Mold Illness as it was custom-built for people with such illnesses. I'm sad to part with it but I had to move to the PNW to be closer to family.
About the trailer:
$31,000 OBO, as I've invested quite a lot in improvements such as (read bullet point list below if you scroll down)
The trailer is located currently 15 minutes east of Joshua Tree, CA.
It was custom built in 2017 for a person with extreme allergies to mold and chemicals like me with Environmental Illness and I bought it from her in 2019 and lived in it parked next to houses and plugged into power.
It was custom built in order to have an extremely low likelihood of developing leaks in the roof and thus low risk of mold. It's always lived in the desert its whole life (AZ first few months while being built, then in Joshua Tree).
I'm living off of SSDI disability income still so I'm sorry, I wish I could give this trailer away to someone who needs it but I am still in great need of money right now so must go with best offer.
$31,000 OBO, as I've invested quite a lot in improvements such as:
installing a deep kitchen sink with hot and cold water
including a refrigerator for when it's plugged into shore power
including microwave
installing battery and solar system
upgrading the Dometic AC unit so it makes it cool even in 105 degree desert heat
I lived in here fine during desert winters with 2 space heaters but you can add heat to the Dometic AC as a feature for like $100
can include sheep's wool organic (used) futon and kapok organic pillows
Fixing and installing shower and hooking up to hot water tank
Brand new Pure Effects shower filter installed, only used twice!
(IQ Air filter not included, but pictured)
Portable RV laundry machine (pictured, in blue to left of fridge) included
Pots and pans and kitchen items like Instapot included - ready to cozy up and live in!
